Q&A
Situation in the world
Bali
We only leave for Bali when there are no restrictions whatsoever upon arrival. We get our information firsthand.
Entrepreneurs who want to attend CoworkParadise in Bali are put on a waiting list and when we know new dates, we contact them.
The waiting list is growing, so contact us in time. We can only have 10 entrepreneurs in one group.
When we host retreats in Bali, we ask you to sign a weaver, stating you are aware of the situation and you yourself are responsible for taking extra health insurance.
Of course, when we are there, we will help you in every way possible. We know our way around.
Europe
In Europe, we wield the same policy. When we host retreats in Europe, we ask you to sign a weaver, stating you are aware of the situation and you yourself are responsible for taking extra health insurance. Currently, (Feb 2023) passengers are free to enter Croatia.
Our retreats cannot be canceled, but you will receive a refund if we cannot leave because of a pandemic. There are no refunds during a retreat.
Will there be access to fast internet
Yes, having access to high-quality internet is important. We will provide you with a local sim card. Most of the time the accommodation is equipped with a high-speed WiFi connection. In addition, in Bali membership to an amazing coworking location is included (not in Europe). All our coworking partners provide supreme quality internet as well.
Will I have some time for myself
Yes, there will be time for you to work on/in your business or new ideas. We'll take care of a very nice accommodation, the food, and a matching group. We organize the group sessions, sessions with the coach and trips, and provide you with information for upcoming workshops or other activities. It's your choise how you plan to fill your day. You are free to take a day off, if you like. However, the idea is that we are all there to work on our various businesses, from a different place and thus a new point of view.
What does a typical day in CoworkParadise look like
Although every day is different, we've tried to list a typical day in paradise for you:
In Bali:
- 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM | Breakfast at the accommodation
- 08:00 AM | Setting the scene during a daily start-up. A quick meeting to talk about everyone's individual goals and to see if you require advice from others in the group.
- 08:30 AM | We offer you sports, yoga, or meditation.
- After 09:30 AM | Most participants tend to go to work in the coworking area.
- Around 12:00 PM | Lunchtime in the coworking area.
- Around 4:00 PM | Several times per week, we plan the Mastermind sessions at the end of the working day. On other days there will be business workshops in the coworking area and sessions with the business coach. Also, you will meet other entrepreneurs in the international network and visit locations. During the sessions, topics vary, depending on present knowledge and requests. And of course, we visit trendy beach clubs, see marvelous sunsets together, discover other beautiful things about Bali or drink a Bintang beer near our pool.
- Around 7:00 PM | We'll take you to one of the best Bali restaurants for modern and traditional food. Every day we discover a different restaurant.
1 or 2 surprise trips are included (depending on the duration of the retreat). Besides these trips, there are no plans for the weekends. You’ll feel free, reload your battery, and have a fabulous time with entrepreneurs from all over the world! There will be a lot of time to spend on your business, and you will get lots of energy and ideas to boost your business.
In Europe:
We do not use a coworking area. We can work in the villa or in the cafes nearby. We will offer more sessions during the day, because of the shorter period of stay. Every entrepreneur has a chance to present his /her entrepreneurial journey and to state the topics on which they want to be advised. We do want you to have time to spend alone or with others, so this is not a program in which every hour will be planned.

Are there age restrictions when it comes to participating in a retreat
There is no age limit. We've had people from 18 to 65 participate in our retreats. It's not about age, gender, or country - it's about having an open mind.
